Jose Mourinho won't blame his players after shocking defeat to Feyenoord in their Europa league first match.
Jose Mourinho has refused to blame his players after their 1-0 defeat to Feyenoord in Europa League group match on Thursday.
The unstable Manchester United side were unable to penetrate their opponents’ defense, with the game seeming to be a draw until 79th minute when Tonny Vihena scored.
The manager said: "I don't want to go in that direction. I don't want to personalize. Obviously, some played better than others. It was the first game for some.
"We go back to a normal team without so many changes [against Watford]," he told BT Sport.
They have now lost a back to back game, following defeat to Manchester City. Next up for them is Watford.
MY VIEW
Well, Mourinho is a master class, he will at the moment be thinking of what went wrong and how to correct it.
