French Giant, Paris Saint-Germain have today completed the signing of young midfielder, Kays Ruiz, who is tagged the 'new Lionel Messi'. The midfield talent was released by Barcelona in 2015 due to FIFA ruling.
It will be recalled that PSG and Spanish giants, Barcelona had a big feud during summer over the transfer of world class playmaker, Neymar Junior. And now, PSG have snapped up another big talent from Barcelona.
The midfield talent was given a five-year contract by Paris Saint-Germain, having left Barcelona following FIFA rule of the Spanish side irregular signing of minors.
Who is Kays Ruiz?
Kays Ruiz is a French national.
He was dubbed the 'new Lionel Messi' and has been sought by several top clubs in Europe.
He has been called up for France u-16.
